Sponsored content
We do not run sponsored posts, we do not accept paid rankings and we do not sell banner space on review pages. The only commercial relationship between Kongslots and the operator we review is affiliate commission, which depends on account creation and not on the position of the operator in our ranking.
Sources
Primary sources for a review are the operator's own terms and conditions, the UK Gambling Commission public register, our own test transactions through the live site and the operator's published game lists. Secondary sources — industry news sites, provider press releases — are used for background and are cited by name when they appear in copy.
Complaints about content
If something in a review is factually wrong — a bonus percentage, a licence number, a payment method that is no longer available — write to editorial@kong-slots.com with 'Correction' in the subject line and the URL of the page. We publish a correction above the article within two working days, with the date and a line about what changed.
Principles
Three principles sit above the house style: (1) a reader must be able to reproduce every claim from the review on the operator's own site; (2) negatives are stated in the same voice and font size as positives; (3) we never recommend a deposit, we only describe what a deposit buys. If a review cannot meet all three, it does not get published.
Fact checking
Every numeric claim in a review — percentages, limits, waiting times, bonus amounts — is traced to a source in a shared spreadsheet before publication. If a figure appears only in operator marketing and we cannot reproduce it in our test, we leave it out of the review and note the gap in the spreadsheet.
Update cycle
Reviews are refreshed on a six-month cadence by default, and immediately when the UK Gambling Commission posts a licence change or when the operator rewrites its terms. The 'Last updated' date at the top of each review reflects the most recent factual revision — not cosmetic edits to the layout.
